Terms & Conditions

• Reservations will be made on 25% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the holiday. With signed booking form on the behalf of all persons who will occupy the property during the holiday.
• Payment of the balance of the total cost of the holiday and refundable security deposit are due 8 weeks before the holiday is to commence. Failure to ensure that payment reaches us by this date may result in cancellation of holiday.
• Guests undertake to keep premises and all furniture, fixtures and fittings and facilities in their accommodation in the same state of repair, and cleanliness as the commencement of their holiday.
• Security deposit of £150 (1bed) £250 (3bed) sterling is required at the payment of balance. At the end of the holiday the accommodation will be inspected. Any breakages or damages will be deducted and the remainder will be returned within 7 days after the end of the rental period. If everything is in order the full amount will be refunded.
• The facilities are for Les Saules guests only.
• The pool is a NON DIVING POOL owners accept no responsibility for any accidents caused by diving. Please make secure the pool when not in use. No towels from the gites to be used around the pool.
• The owners endeavor to carry out everything to make your stay enjoyable, however if a problem occurs please register it with us so that we can take every reasonable step to solve the problem.
• Arrivals after 4 pm depart 10am.
• No smoking in any of the accommodation.
• Sorry no pets.

After much discussion and deliberation, we have decided to adopt an adult-only policy. We do not therefore allow gite guests less than 16 years of age.
In part this is because we believe that neither the pool area nor the expansive gardens are appropriate or safe environments for children.
We aim to provide a quiet, relaxed, luxurious environment where background noise is limited to the buzzing of bees in the lavender and the sounds of the numerous bird life.
